Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American actor and singer from the United States. She was best known for the role of Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012), and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). In addition, she played the leading role of Jerrica Jem Benton, in the feature film Jem and the Holograms (2015). Aubrey Peeples, the child of Wendy Peeples and Ashley Peeples, was raised on Lake Mary Florida. She also has a younger sister, Ally. Aubrey appeared in the Orlando Repertory Theatre in her young age for the duration of 10 years. She graduated Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she delivered the valedictory for the class of 2012. Harvard University accepted her but was able to enter twice in order to take on the role she played in Nashville. Peeples was a part of Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally and Ally Alley (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) & NecessaryRoughness (1991) as guest star. She was in the made-for television movies Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. She joined the cast in the role of a major regular in an episode of the show drama Nashville in which she played Layla Grant. Peeples admitted to bipolar during an interview in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire placed Peeples as the highest on its list of best actors who are younger than September of 2014.
