Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the youngest of the children of singer Dionne Warswick, and gospel singer Cissy Houston. Whitney Elizabeth Houston grew as a child in a household of musicians. That same year she married the former New Edition singer Bobby Brown with whom she was the sole parent of their daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown in March 1993.
