Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born 17th October, 1992) is an extremely popular Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil films and Telugu films as well as a couple of Malayalam. She received the National Film Award as Best Actress in the year 2018 for her portrayal of actress Savitri and her role in the Telugu film Mahanati. The other awards she received include the three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South as well as three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar Suresh happens to be the actor Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. Her career began as a child actress in the early 2000s and was back in films following her studies of fashion design. In 2013, she was the role of lead actress in Geethaanjali which was a film in Malayalam. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy made her debut on Tamil projects in the year 2015, and began to accept projects outside of Malayalam. Her first film release is A. L. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), opposite Vikram Prabhu, though the film didn't do well at the box office. Because of her hectic schedule, in 2015 she was forced to pull herself out of projects on which she already began making appearances, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye or Deekay's Kavalaivendam. In the end, she was involved in two projects in collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan quickly, Rajini Murugan and Remo and also played the main character in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari, alongside Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to be Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. However, the film is being delayed from 2015 with speculation of a release date after September in 2020, under the different title, Janakitho Nunu. In 2016, Nenu Sailaja, starring Ram Pothineni, was her debut. Keerthy was cast opposite Vijay in Bairavaa by Bharathan the film, which debuted on 17 January 2017.
