Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude is a Canadian actor best famous for the fantasy television series Shadowhunters on Freeform, as well as Venevision television series Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' Que te Enamores. Also, she is a skilled model and dancer. As a Montreal born native, she grew up in Texas and has been interested in dance and performing. She was trained since the age of three in many various forms. At the age 15 she took part in beauty contests. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained notoriety in 2008 when she appeared in Nuestra Belza Latina's 2nd season. This is an Univision beauty contest show. In 2010 she played the receptionist of Telemundo the telenovela Aurora. In 2015, she starred in her first feature film, the action drama Tattooed Love.
